작가노트
꿈을 꾸며 하루하루 충실하다 보면 소망은 이루어지고 어느덧 목표 지향점에 도달하게 된다. 바쁘게 바쁘게 살다가 무심코 쳐다본 하늘, 그 찬란한 빛이 나에게 쏱아졌다. 나의 작품에서 표현하고자 하는 것은 원형의 순환성과 영원성이며 중심에서 확산되는 빛의 의미는 내면의 웅크림안에 갖혀버린 자아 정체성을 밖으로 확산 시키는 의미이다. 그림을 그리는 행위는 기도 의식과 같다. 켄버스를 앞에 놓고 침묵 속에서 기도를 하며 그 속에서 나를 찾아가는 여정의 길이 참으로 행복하다.
Artist’s Statement
As I live every moment to the full with a dream, my wish comes true and I reach my goal. The brilliant light of the sky that I happened to look up while living a busy day poured on me. What I want to express in my work is circulation and eternity. The meaning of light diffused from the center of circle is to spread out my inner self. Developing my works is like a prayer ceremony. I am pleased with the journey of discovering myself as praying in silence with canvas.

개막식 스케치
박선녀 작가의 단국대 대학원 조형 예술학 박사 졸업 청구전 오프닝 8월10일 오후 인사동 라메르 전시관에서 열렸다. 작가의 독창성적인 작품이 널리 알려지면서 많은 축하객들이 개막전부터 장내를 가득 메웠다.
작가자신이 직접 마이크를 잡고 매끄러운 멘트로 진행한 이날 개막식엔 정치영 교수, 조기주 교수, 손희락 교수, 양태모 교수, 홍지석 교수 등 단국대의 주요 교수진들이 대거 달려와 앞 다투어 축하의 덕담을 나누었고 남기희, 알파색채 김영훈 부사장 등 주요 인사들도 축하의 말씀을 아끼지 않았다. 또한 한국사진방송에서도 이용만 중견작가, 김영훈 가평예대 교수 등이 전시회 스케치를 하며 축하의 박수를 아끼지 않았다.
한편 한국사진방송에선 8월10일부터 15일까지 인사동 라메르 1층1관에서 열리며 항간에서 널리 화제가 되고 있는 이번 전시회의 독창적인 작품들을 관련 평론 글들과 함께 수회에 걸쳐 연재를 하기로 하였다.
